As a Doctor in Economics, he is currently Deputy Director General of the Department of Competition Policy Coordination of the State Administration for Market Regulation, P. R. China. Graduated from the School of Economics of Renmin University of China, he has served as Division Chief of the Price Supervision, Inspection and Anti-Monopoly Bureau of the National Development and Reform Commission, and Division Chief and Deputy Director General of the Anti-Monopoly Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation.
