Short Bio

Ph.D. in Law,currently serve as the Director-General of the Second Department of Anti-Monopoly Enforcement, SAMR, P. R. China. He graduated from the School of Law at the University of International Business and Economics, Law School of Peking University, and the School of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law at the China University of Political Science and Law. He previously held positions as Deputy Director-General of the Anti-Monopoly Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, Deputy Director-General of the Anti-Monopoly Bureau of the SAMR, and Deputy Director-General of the Second Department of Anti-Monopoly Enforcement of the SAMR.
