In 1986 graduated from the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, (MSUCE or MGSU) and in 2000 graduated from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation with a diploma in world economics with honors.
Working in the federal antimonopoly body since 1992. Started career from a specialist of the Foreign Relations Department of the State Committee for Antimonopoly Policy and Entrepreneurship Support of Russia to the Head of the Department for International Economic Cooperation of the FAS Russia. Ms. Lesya Davydova is one of the main developers of intergovernmental and interdepartmental agreements in the field of competition policy in Russian Federation. Has a number of state, departmental and international awards. Including the medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the II and I degree. In 2005 received the title of Honorary Specialist of the Antimonopoly Bodies of Russian Federation.
