Short Bio

Han Wei, Associate Professor, Executive Director, Competition Research Center of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (UCASS). In the past few years, he has published two Monograph on competition law, six books as Editor in Chief and Co- authored one book (Competition Law in China, Kluwer Law International, 2018) and more than 70 papers related to various competition law issues. He was a recipient of the Concurrence Antitrust Writing Award (2020). Dr HAN received his PhD degree from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences（CASS）. He is a member of the antimonopoly expert pool of the State Administration for Market Regulation of China (SAMR).
